JAI TULUNAD MUMBAI ZONAL TO ORGANISE ONLINE TULU SCRIPT LEARNING CLASS

Mumbai, October 22, 2026: Jai Tulunad (R.) Mumbai Zonal is organising an online Tulu script learning class titled “Bale Tulu Lipi Kalpuga” (Come, Learn Tulu Script) on October 22, 2026 (Thursday). The initiative aims to promote awareness of the ancient Tulu script and encourage people to learn and practise writing in Tulu Lipi.

The online learning session will be conducted by Jayalaxmi V. Shetty, who will guide participants in learning the Tulu script. Through this initiative, Jai Tulunad (R.) Mumbai Zonal seeks to strengthen the connection between the Tulu-speaking community and its linguistic heritage.

The programme reflects the organisation’s continued efforts to preserve and promote the Tulu language and its traditional script through accessible learning opportunities.
