1. Refund Eligibility:
All donations made to Jaitulunad ( R.) are considered voluntary and non-refundable, unless:

●​ Duplicate Transactions: Accidental multiple payments.
●​ Merchant-Initiated Refunds: If Jaitulunad ( R.) agrees to refund a customer.

Note: Refund decisions for donations/membership issues lie with the Jaitulunad ( R.)

2. Refund Process
●​ Donors/Members should raise a request via email to founders.jaitulunad@gmail.com within 7 days of the

transaction.
●​ Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
●​ Refunds are made to the original payment source (card, wallet, UPI, bank).

3. Non-Refundable Cases
●​ Payment for non-refundable goods/services as per the merchant policy
●​ User negligence or incorrect details submitted
●​ Chargebacks already initiated via the card network
