By accessing or using this Website, registering as a member, making a donation, registering as a blood donor, or using any of our services, you ("you", "user", or "member") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. About Jai Tulunad

Jai Tulunad (R.) is a registered non-profit organization working towards the conservation of Tulu language, script, and culture, uniting people without discrimination based on caste or religion. Our activities include Tulu Lipi classes and examinations, cultural awareness campaigns, membership programs, blood donation drives, and charitable initiatives in areas such as education, shelter, and health.

2. Use of the Website

2.1. You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of, or restrict the use of, this Website by any third party.

3.1. 3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.5. The organization reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or cancel any membership at its sole discretion, including for conduct that is contrary to the aims, values, or reputation of Jai Tulunad.

4. Donations

4.1. Donations made through the Website (including unit-wise donations and donations towards causes such as education, shelter, health, and charity) are voluntary contributions towards the objectives of Jai Tulunad.

4.2. By making a donation, you confirm that the funds belong to you lawfully and that the payment instrument used is your own or that you are authorized to use it.

4.3. All donations are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Jai Tulunad does not store your card, banking, or UPI credentials on its servers.

4.4. Donations are generally **non-refundable**, except as expressly provided in our [Cancellation & Refund Policy](https://www.jaitulunad.in/cancellation-refund-policy). In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors, please contact us with the transaction details for review.

4.5. Donation receipts, where applicable, will be issued to the email address or contact details provided at the time of donation. It is your responsibility to provide accurate details.

5. Blood Donation Program

5.1. The blood donor registration facility on this Website is a voluntary community initiative. By registering as a donor, you consent to be contacted by Jai Tulunad or persons in need of blood, using the contact details you provide.

5.2. Jai Tulunad acts only as a facilitator connecting voluntary donors with those in need. We are not a blood bank, medical institution, or healthcare provider, and we make no representations regarding the medical fitness of any donor or the safety of any donation or transfusion.

5.3. All blood donations must be carried out at recognized hospitals, blood banks, or licensed medical facilities, in accordance with applicable medical guidelines and laws. Jai Tulunad shall not be liable for any medical, legal, or other consequences arising out of any blood donation arranged through or facilitated by this Website.

5.4. You confirm that the personal and medical information (such as blood group and last donation date) provided by you is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

6. Tulu Lipi Classes, Exams & Results

6.1. Enrollment in Tulu Lipi classes and examinations is subject to schedules, fees (if any), and rules announced by Jai Tulunad from time to time.

6.2. Exam results published on the Website are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, in case of any discrepancy, the official records maintained by Jai Tulunad shall prevail. Any result-related queries must be raised with us within a reasonable time of publication.
