Udupi | January 7, 2026 — In a strategic move to bolster grassroots operations and digital presence, the Jai Tulunad (R.) Odipu Unit announced two pivotal leadership appointments during an online executive meeting held on Wednesday night.

The committee officially elected two dedicated members to lead specialized Subcommittee of the unit:

Shilpa Keshav Kodavoor: Appointed as the In-Charge of the Tulu Script Committee. Her role will be central to driving literacy initiatives and ensuring the traditional Tulu script reaches the next generation of speakers.

Prashanth Kunjoor: Designated as the Social Media In-Charge for the Odipu Unit. He is tasked with expanding the organization’s digital footprint and managing outreach across various online platforms.
